Callum Rhys Tilbury

Hello!

I am a machine learning researcher with a passion to use technology to drive positive change in the real world.

I currently work as a Senior Research Engineer at Oxa, where my team uses agent-based models and reinforcement learning to understand and synthesise autonomous driving scenarios, particularly those which are long-tail and safety-critical.

Previously, I worked at InstaDeep, publishing research and open-source code on multi-agent reinforcement learning.

I did an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Edinburgh, and a BSc(Eng) in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Cape Town.

I think a lot about community and how we build it, and spend the rest of my time running, reading, or cold-water swimming.
